I am ready to do this thing, but there is so much info. I will be installing myself. Pick me out a package and list the prices.

I chose the TR224/114 because of the driveability. I went with the Manley Valve Springs, Ti Retainers and 4130 Pushrods from Scoggin Dickey Parts Center. Also purchased the LS6 Oil Pump and a Rollmaster Double Chain as well. All said and done, I am under $900 for everything and will be installing it myself.

I chose the RPM2 cam becuase I got a great deal, great customer service, and a lot of power.
Of course, that was way before I started working at RPM. You can get my unbiased opinion on the "old board" under the cam reviews.

Go with what blacker said or give allan from futral motorsports a call... (sorry if they aren't a sponsor, but it appears besides Tom, there are no sponsors yet).

Futral Motorsports - ask them about soild roller cams. I'm going to switch out this baby cam (Comp XER 224/228) for a bigger soild roller cam next year.

Agreed good starting point. If the car is an 01+ can skip the new oil pump IMO.

You can skip the Valve Keepers as well. My car is 6.5 years old and doing it for piece of mind. Same with the Oil Pump.
