Step 1: Turn key to on position
Step 2: Push clutch in
Step 3: Push starter button
It does depend on how you wire it, but if you do it like I did, turning the key over all the way will no longer do anything.

right - there are many options depending on how you want to wire it. mine works the same as posted above.

sweet...picked it up today..so i've got all the parts ready for this install...i went out today to have a look at whats under the dash there. i was running out of light so i didnt do the install..but i have a few questions for anyone who has done this. when i dropped the dash panel i found like 3 of those 30amp auto relays and a shitload of wires. i was looking for the red, pink, and yellow wires that are described at http://members.cox.net/pitre/s2000sw.htm . where are these wires located in this mess of shit? i saw must have been 5 red wires from what i was looking at? where do the wires go and where do they come from? can i trace them out to certain areas to make sure i'm cutting the right ones? hopefully this will all look better in daylight but i'm really nervous about just cutting wires if i'm not 100% sure they are what i want to be cutting...any help would be appreciated :D

If you saw 30amp auto relays in the mess of wires under your dash, then someones been under there modding stuff. You should not have any fuses down there.
Get a camera and take a picture of the mess of wires and I'll point to the ones you want to cut.

that is the bundle you want. you know you have the right wires because they are thicker than all the other wires down there.
