I've heard that if you get lowering springs that other parts of your suspension should be replaced. Has anyone heard this or know which other parts should be replaced? Or, is what I heard just a bunch of crap? Thanks.

Some people will say if you get lowering springs, you'll need to replace the stock shocks, which I'm sure is true to an extent, but I've gone for a ride in a car with a Pro-kit and stock shocks, and it rode just fine. Other than that, you might have to get an adjustable Panhard rod...the only reason being your rear end won't be centered after you lower it due to the design.

Looks like you got everything...and read this while you're at it:

That was provided by Y2K Roadster...good info.

That's really all you need. Make sure you get a good matching shock/spring combo as they need to work together for the best performance. You can always upgrade other components later if you feel the need for it.

One other thing you might consider is sfc's. A stiffer suspension without them can increase chasis flex and I think they are a good idea even with the factory suspension.

if your doing springs at least replace the front shocks-you'll only do the work once and the car will ride and handle better- Bilsteins are highly recomended
