Rollbars are very important in a Conv. if you are racing, but I also show my car so I really need some good interior and side rear and front view pics please. :help:

How bad does the roll bar get in your way?:D

How hard was it to make a clean install?:D

Nice Thanks They look nice and I was wandering if the factory tonneau would still work with them.

Looks like it will and now I know I definently want the swingouts

Thanks and you have a very nice ride.

mine are going in next week... got a 4-pt Wolfe rollbar (welded, steel, with removable crossbar).
Took advantage of Wolfe 25% off sale in December.
The whole thing cost me 203.xx$

Check out the requirements for your event. I think NHRA may be requireing 5 point now.

Kiss the back seats goodbye for usage. A passenger would die if they hit their head on the bar.

Above picture does it no justice, but its the best I've got available.

Surprsingly, I get many complements on the bar. Straight forward install just use some finesse cutting the carpet.

The factory tonneau will need a little cutting in order to make it fit. It's a big decision to make as it will affect your every day driving. I get tons of compliments on how cool it looks, but the downside is that every day, getting in and out of the car is a PITA even with the swing outs. If you like having your seat pulled forward at all, then I wouldn't recommend it as it makes a very tight fit and you'd have to adjust the seat anytime you want to get in or out. I always have mine all the way back, so it's not an issue.

If you're looking to stiffen up your car a bit, a cage and subframes will do exactly that.

About the only complaint I have with it is that it's supposed to be powder coated and during the shipping process, it got banged up pretty good in spots where true powder coating shouldn't do that.

I have a S+W 8 point cage with duel swingouts. It cost $99 brand new and $25 a side for the swingout hardware. I Tig welded it in. It was made for a coupe so some re-notching of the bars was in order. Overall it ended up fitting great and looking even better.

After about a year of having it in i decided to take out the rear seat brace because I like to lay all the way back driving to the shore.

More pics on my website. It's a Wolfe 4 point rollbar, not NHRA legal but passes tech at the local track here. :D

The site doesn't allow remote linking. The trick to make it work is to click the link, then when you get the "forbidden access" page, add a space to the URL and press enter.

Nice ride, BTW. :)
