I have a 2002 WS6 M6 with hookers and ORY, cam, intake... im putting close to 400 at the wheels. I have some wheel hop and was planning on doing suspension upgrades.
I was planning on getting these
BMR SFC's
BMR STB
BMR Lower Control Arms
BMR Torque Arm
BMR Panhard ROd
The questions I have are:
SHould i go boxed or tubular??
SHould i go with adjustable or not adjustable?
Should i go with poly or rubber or poly/rubber bushings?
SHould I change anything that i planned on getting?
Do I even need all of them?
All of your comments are appreciated.. Thanks guys and girls (the few that there are)

I prefer tubular, but I dont really think theres a big difference between tubular and boxed.
you dont need adjustable unless you are going to lower your car. they are just more expensive and a waste of money IMO.
I have poly bushings and like them. they give you more control, though they may squeak a little if you dont grease them really well.
I have right at 400 RWHP, and have no wheel hop at all.
I have
tubular LCA (spectacle solutions)
Tubular Panhard rod (spectacle solutions)
SLP Torque arm
STB (spectacle solutions)
all poly bushings.
I will be instaling SFC this weekend, but dont have any wheel hop without them.
hope this helps

they are a local company (Memphis area) and the owner is a good friend of mine too. he builds quality parts at a very good price, but hes not a sponser here, so I dont want to get any feathers ruffled.
I went with him, rather than BMR, simply because of price and convenience. (He sponsors my car, so I pretty much get all my parts for free, or just pay for the materials)
BMR Lower Control Arms
BMR Torque Arm
BMR Panhard Rod
I have those parts from BMR, good stuff!
My Thoughts:
Torque Arm
Not tough, not "easy" to install if you did it like I did (lying on the floor of my garage). A worthwhile mod, be careful to set the pinion angle right or it WILL vibrate. Have some BIG wrenches ready!
Panhard Rod
Get the adjustable one. It's worth the extra $'s now and not have to buy another one in the future (like I had to  )
Lower Control Arms
I currently have the boxed model for that little extra bit of strength. I also had the tubular on my car for ~30K miles and they were great! The only reason I switched to boxed is because I got them basicaly for free from a guy I know that sold his SS before he installed them.
Either boxed or tubular, I'd suggest going with the poly/rubber bushings. They work very well and drive great on the street.

Those are all good parts.
SFC's: I prefer a triangular design but plenty are happy with the bmr's.
STB: Won't do much, mostly an appearance mod but it can't hurt.
LCA's: Definately a good upgrade. I have the tubular Bmr's with the rubber/poly and they work good for me. I don't see a need for adjustables but if you go that rout you can change the pinion angle which may help with wheelhop.
Torque Arm: good idea and needed with your HP if you can get traction.
PHR: A good upgrade. If you ever want to lower it you should consider an adjustable one.
One thing I don't see on your list is shocks. It's one of the first things I would do. The factory shocks aren't much and should be the first thing to go. A good upgrade with factory spings would be some hd bilsteins but there are plenty of options.

I'm not sure what shocks come on the WS6 but if they are the decarbons (orange) they would be worthy of an upgrade. The shocks are basically spring dampers and the factory ones just don't do a very good job. If I had wheelhop it's the first thing I would do.
Also, if you ever plan on lowering you will need shocks that work well with whatever springs you go with so that's something to take into consideration as well.

I have been considering lowering my car but i scrape as it is goin over speedbumps. Plus i also heard you can lose alot of traction from lowering... is there any truth to that?
