I just got a new filler because it was removed when I got my car. I was thinking about having the logo on it painted black. I called a paint shop to see how much it would cost and if he could get it done today. He said it would be about 35-40. I thought that seemed kind of high. But he also suggested getting vinyl for the logo instead of paint. He said it would be cheaper and probably last longer. Let me know if you think it would look fine and last long enough. I currently have blackouts on the foglights and side lights. I am also going to be replacing the "Trans Am" emblem on the side with a black emblems. BTW my car is red. Thanks for the input.

Yeah dude, just get the decals...it'll work just fine. With Paint, you stand a chance of chipping it, and when it is located where it is on your car, it WILL get a lot of road rash.

I took it to the place to have the vinyl put on it and when I went back to pick it up he said he had a problem with the vinyl so he painted it. It cost 25 bucks but he did a good enough job and it's was cheaper than the paint shop.
