i'm here yo....just found out about this. i was banned from ls1 for something stupid someone else posted when i didn't sign out so it's good to be here. they need to make one of truck regulars a moderator....i wanna be a mod!!!!

well, i just typed this long ass post about my coming mods and then my computer kicked me off line. basically i have a bunch coming pretty soon, but with the wedding and then vegas, and then the ski trip right after that, it's gonna be a month or two (or three) before i can get it all done and going. with all the crap going on right now (pictures, tux rentals, dinners, lunches, meetings, bunch of bullshit) i don't have time to scratch my ass. it's all good though.

i can't belive there aren't moer of the other truck guys showing up yet...Fast4.8, Xlr8nss, BigTex and some others have already signed up...but no posts yet. guess they weren't designated mods for just signing up so they aren't going to grace this forum with their wisdom. it's kinda nice to know there isn't some big, moderator ass kissing following here though.

We registered so you wouldn't try to take one of our names and start any crap with it. :p As far as being a mod here there is no way, being a mod at two sites would probably kill a person. :eek: It is a nice looking site though. I'm sure the other admins/mods will find some great people to help out. :)

So what "other" mods were you referring too? There's only 6 of us in the truck section and you basically just kissed XLR's ass so that leaves 5 other mods.

Jsmith you're ok too....the moderators that i have problems with know who they are, and most everyone else knows who they are too....Tex, you've always been cool to me, and we've done a bunch of business....but over the time you've become almost like stuck up, like you're to good to answer a question in one kind of thread, but if it's something like tuning or cams you're the first one to throw your idea out (which is awesome). besides, someone has to be here to make waves......it's the fun part. we can't be hard core speedspeedspeed all the time, there has to be a little levity.

Name your problem(s) with me Matt. I was pretty sure we got things worked out over the phone since we could not get them work out online. I run the all 4 truck sections acording to the rules posted at the top of each section and the guidlines of the site. I have received emails from you many times about people breaking those rules asking me to intervene. I am not online 24/7 you know. I have given out good advice and taken some. But it's not a mods job to know everything there is to know about everything. I have lots of opinions. But when they slam others I keep them to myself. Unless of course the thread is a FUN poking thread. One more piece of advice (oh, and it's an opinion) You can get your point across with out cussing and trying to belittle others. You better hope Chingon doesn't find out about this place.

Although the constant bashing is occasionally entertaining, it does get very old but I dont see it reason to ban anyone. Yes, Matt started out on the wrong foot on Tech and still has some shady internet eticute, but he does occasionally have something informative to say.
