Fuse box?

OK we are looking for the second fuse box on a '91 Vette. We found one by the door on the Pass. side but according to the manuel there's one under the dash that we cannot find and that is where we need to replace the fuse. Does anyone know where this fuse box is?

On every GM car / truck I've ever worked on, there's one on the drivers side. If there's a very large bundle of wires underhood on the DS, you should look under the dash at least...
